North Beach is one of the two oceanfront condominium developments in Asbury Park, located at 1501 Ocean Avenue in the Northeast section of Asbury Park right on the beach block. Developed by Paramount Homes, North Beach consists of the four story Seville and the eight story Barcelona and Monterrey buildings. The three buildings make up one association and amenities include an ocean front pool and hot tub area, a fully furnished community room with kitchen, a gym, 24 hour staffing and indoor parking. Depending on the unit you will have either one or two indoor parking spaces. The majority of the complex is comprised of two bedroom condominiums and there are also a hand full of one bedrooms, and the rarely available three bedroom home.
